Nordic Gluten Free bakerys products are all developed with a basic approach to the choice of good, wholesome and high quality ingredients. We want to present the good quality gluten-free bread and pastries. We have an attitude of our gluten-free products should contain as few ingredients as possible and thus as few E-numbers as possible. Therefore we add no ingredients that are not relevant to a better quality, taste or healthier nutrition.
